Refund Policy


Refunds cannot be given on cancellations of advertisements which have already been published in any of our publications or on our website. The unexpired part of a series booking may be cancelled upon four working days notice being given. If a cancelled series booking is ordered at a promotional price, the amount charged will be the appropriate rate for the number of insertions which have appeared. Any difference between that rate and the rate originally paid will be refunded. All refunds will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover administration. Monies will be refunded back via the original payment method, i.e. debited back to a bank account.
