How much will it cost to advertise with you?
When you use our Place An Ad facility you are able to choose between three packages ranging between £120-£699 depending on the level of exposure you require.
How long will it take to book my advert?
It may take you around 30 minutes to compile your advert for the first time because we provide you with a lot
of space to give holidaymakers a detailed description of your property. However, once this is done you can update
it as often as you like, change the photos and add a video at a later date if you wish. It is important to our
site visitors (your potential customers) that you come back regularly to update your availability calendar and
this doesn't take long to do.
How can I make my ad a featured advert on the homepage?
Our featured ad spots are sold on a monthly basis for £100. We can also track the number of click-thrus your ad
receives if you require. So if you fancy seeing your ad in the most prominent place available, please email
sales@SimplyHolidayLets.co.uk with 'Featured' in the subject
line and one of our sales reps will contact you.
How soon will be my ad be live on the website?
Once you have submitted your ad, it will normally be live within the hour. Our internet support team will
check over the details you have entered and then let you know when your ad has been processed or if you need
to make any changes.
How secure is the site?
We use 128 bit encryption in the areas of our websites where you enter personal information. What does that mean?
When you see the padlock icon in the bottom right of your browser these pages are secure.
Why should I keep my availability calendar up-to-date?
Keeping your calendar updated helps to avoid customers wasting your time with enquiries for periods that you
already have bookings for. It will also give you the advantage of appearing higher on search results lists,
as we give those customers higher priority to provide our visitors with the best service possible.
Is there a maximum file size for videos/photos?
Yes there is, just to make it as easy and quick as possible for visitors to view them. Photos - 5mb, Videos - 10mb
